Geoff  is a relatively conservative professional, who takes his work seriously, and does everything to the best of his ability and in the best interests of his clients - if a job is worth doing, then it’s worth doing well. 

With over 35 years of experience experience in audit, assurance, self-managed superannuation, and financial reporting, Geoff enjoys working in both the profit and not-for-profit sectors, especially small to medium enterprises wanting to become something bigger, as well as micro-caps wanting to change the world.

Geoff is a professional who knows and understands the needs of his client, can provide and facilitate total solutions, and is particularly interested in taking on new challenges of the global economy, including IPO’s, due diligence, forensic accounting and cross-border operations and recently carbon auditing.

Andrew Wehrens

Andrew has over 30 years’ experience as a Chartered Accountant. His drive for perfection is a reflection of how he works with his clients, calling things as he sees them, to help his clients become the best they can – even if things aren’t going well, Andrew is on the pulse to turn things around for a client, making the best of bad situation.

With a wealth of experience across schools and colleges, charities and not-for-profit organisations, trade unions and philanthropic organisations; Andrew is particularly skilled in evaluating systems, controls and procedures for clients with limited financial backgrounds, and can also turn up the tempo for financially savvy clients in the import, manufacturing and consumer goods industries.

A Fellow of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, Andrew is also a firm believer in their motto: “Without Fear, Without Favour” – doing what is right for his clients, stakeholders and team, without letting a personal bias get in the way.

Richard Cen

Richard has over a decade of experience in auditing, working in top tier firms in both Australia and China. His background and experience positions him as a leader in advisory services for businesses operating between Asia and Australia. 

Fluent in both Mandarin and English, Richard has developed close relationships with companies and operators in both China and Australia, and is able to effectively bridge the cultural gap between both countries, establishing a conduit for business, assisting cross-border transactions in property, mining, financial services, exploration and agricultural operations.

A strategic thinker, with strong vision and an innate ability to understand complex issues, Richard is able to provide structured and logical thinking to arrive at an ideal solution for his client’s problems.
